When on the Players Unknown Battlegrounds battlefield there can be up to 99 enemies.  A very strong way to establish dominance is to drive a durable vehicle towards a lone individual.  There are different vehicles in Pubg (a visual list can be found at: https://rankedboost.com/playerunknowns-battlegrounds/vehicles-list/).  My favorite vehicles to use are the Mirado, or the Dacia.  The UAZ is pretty durable and can be decent as well.   
When you see an enemy on the field of battle you need to assess quickly a few things when thinking about trying to run someone over.  

1. If not playing solo,  where is the dude or dudettes teammates?
2. Are there any bumps in the road between my vehicle and this potential road kill victim?
3. Obstructions! Are there any trees, rocks or hay bails that are between me and captian tire tracks that I will drive into or that he/she can hide behind?
4. Is there a cliff that I could drive off behind the person or is there an obstruction behind the soon to be squished meat?
5. Is my vehicle going to blow up with the amount of bullets that the people around this splatter patty have?
6. Am I wearing my seatbelt?

If you assess all of these quickly and find that they are lacking the teammates/other competitiors, your vehicle wont blow up and obstructions wont get in the way... then you need to man up... and present this person with the front grill of your fast moving vehicle. 
 

Steps to mow down your prey:

1. Assess your soon to be victim(s) using the steps above.
2. Increase speed enough that you wont need to make a second pass.
3. Make sure you line your target up to be in the center of your vehicle and prepare for the target to try to move left or right to get out of your way.
4. Slightly move your vehicle to which ever direction the person is moving to get out of your way.  They shouldnt have enough time to do a juke move on your vehicle.  If the person doesnt move you can yell at them to duck and make sure you quack one time whenever they give a blind stare into your headlights.  

It is that simple folks... 4 little steps.
